Recruitment: Recruiting begins with these targeted names, thereby conserving time. Throughout
the recruiting process our recruiters utilize exclusionary practices to immediately eliminate those
who are not qualified or interested. Our recruiters tell your story in a Singular Voice, essentially
branding your company’s vision to the marketplace of potential candidates.

Screening: Before arriving at the slate of candidates for interview, they must all pass through
a spoken, question and answer screening tool mutually created by TalenTactics and our client. Each
screening tool is individual to the project at hand and probes certain professional and non-professional
areas to further exclude candidates who will, however well qualified, not be considered for employment.
